The admin app should not show fake records or actions as if they were connected. These dependencies need implementation before this area can safely operate.
- There is no withdrawal request or payout collection.
- Teacher wallet available balances and payout holds are not implemented.
- No approval, processing, paid, rejected, or transaction-reference API exists.
