The admin app should not show fake records or actions as if they were connected. These dependencies need implementation before this area can safely operate.
- Only the 15/85 sale split is implemented in the payment service; no authorized settings API or settings collection exists.
- Changing financial settings is intentionally unavailable until audited backend controls are implemented.
